General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) Central Committee To Lam will lead a high-ranking delegation of Viet Nam to pay a state visit to Cambodia on February 6, at the invitation of Cambodian King Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni.

To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, will lead a high-level Vietnamese delegation on a state visit to Laos on February 5, 2026, at the invitation of Thongloun Sisoulith, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and President of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.

Sultan of Brunei Darussalam Haji Hassanal Bolkiah is paying a state visit to Viet Nam from November 30 to December 2 at the invitation of State President Luong Cuong. This marks the first visit to Viet Nam by Sultan of Brunei Darussalam after eight years and the sixth visit to the country by Sultan of Brunei Darussalam.
