The event aimed to celebrate the 79th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day (September 2, 1945 - 2024).
The social housing area at Lac Vien Warehouse 3 has a scale of ten 15-storey apartment buildings with 4,456 social housing units.
With a total investment of VND 4,856 billion, it has been built on an area spanning nearly 17 hectares.
This is a large social housing project of Hai Phong City to realise the social housing development programme with the determination to exceed the target of 33,500 social housing units before 2030, which is earlier than the plan assigned by the Prime Minister.
