The contest was part of Bac Ninh Provincial Innovation Festival 2023, aiming to encourage organisations and individuals with innovative and creative startup ideas and projects, contributing to promoting the innovation in the locality.
The organising committee received 60 applications oninnovations startup ideas and projects by various authors and groups of authors. According to the assessment of the Jury, the ideas and projects sent to this year’s contest were diverse in contents and rich in start-up forms, demonstrating the creativity in labour, production, business, teaching and learning. Thereby, the province's strengths in developing the digital economy, green economy, and circular economy can be exploited and promoted.
As a result, two first prizes went to the projects by Pham Duc Hieu and his partners from Hien Van Commune, Tien Du District, and the group of Do Thi Yen from Dinh Bang Ward, Tu Son City.
Two second, five third and seven consolation prizes were also presented to other outstanding authors.

Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Ngo Tan Phuong asked the departments, agencies and localities around the province to encourage the organisations and individuals to join and support the innovation startup ideas and projects joining the contest.
