Spanning nearly 200 hectares across Tay Tuu and Phu Dien wards, the 50-trillion VND project is expected to provide workspaces for around 60,000 digital technology specialists, innovation engineers, and support staff once operational.

The project comprises three principal components. At its core is a concentrated digital technology park dedicated to innovation, creativity, and digital transformation, covering approximately 168.9 hectares.

Within this, the core functional zone accounts for about 25%, facilitating activities in research, development, and production of key digital technology products and services such as software, digital platforms, digital data, AI, big data, IoT, blockchain, and the metaverse. It will also house training facilities, technology incubators, and spaces connecting institutes, universities, and businesses.

The remaining area of the park is designed as an open model, featuring internal transport infrastructure, car parks, green spaces, and water features, thereby creating a high-quality environment for work, research, and living.

The project aims to establish a comprehensive, fully equipped, and high-standard environment for enterprises to research, produce, and develop advanced technologies; attract domestic and international experts and scientists; and nurture a creative start-up ecosystem. It will also be FPT’s largest concentrated digital technology park nationwide.

According to Deputy Chairman of Ha Noi City People’s Committee, Truong Viet Dung, the project is set to become a key nucleus in the capital’s innovation ecosystem, aligned with the goal of positioning Ha Noi as the country’s leading centre for science, technology, and the digital economy.

For his part, FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh expressed his conviction that the project will help affirm Ha Noi’s role as the nation’s science and technology hub and progressively realise the aspiration for a ‘Silicon Valley’ of Viet Nam.
