Winners of the special prize will have all costs covered for participating in the journey of visiting Dien Bien Phu City and Muong Nhe District (Dien Bien Province) from April 25 to 28.
According to the Vietnamese Students' Association (VSA) Central Committee, the contest is open to VSA officials, members, and Vietnamese students at home and abroad. There is no limit to the number of participants or number of entries.
Their articles, which are short video clips on social networking platforms, digital media publications with propaganda content on the Dien Bien Phu Victory and lessons for the younger generation, should be sent to the Vietnamese Students' Association Central Committee from now until April 2, 2024 at: http://khatvongnonsong.hoisinhvien.com.vn.
The organising committee is expected to present one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes and four consolation prizes for each category of short clips and modern media publications. Each prize is accompanied by a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnamese Students' Association Central Committee and a bonus.
