The three-week-long exhibition introduces 52 pictures to the public, taken by photographer Ong Van Sinh, over the past 43 years.

The photos are arranged in two parts, chronicling the changes in Da Nang city’s appearance from the past to the present. Most of the photos captured the changes along the banks of Han River, Da Nang Bay, and in several villages in Hoa Vang district.

After the exhibition, Sinh will donate all of the photos to the Da Nang City Museum, with the hope of promoting the image of Da Nang city to visitors, at home and abroad.

Born in 1954 in Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city, photographer Ong Van Sinh is the former Chairman of the Da Nang City’s Art Photography Association.

He has participated in numerous national and international photographic contests and his photos have been displayed at many national and regional exhibitions.
