Around 450 stalls at the event showcase products in various fields such as handicraft products, machines, agricultural equipment, seeds, agricultural and food products.
The event is co-organised by the Agency for Regional Industry Development under the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Binh Duong provincial Department of Industry and Trade as an event in response to the 2016 national programme on industrial promotion, which is designed to help localities boost trade activities, increase co-operation, seek partners, and expand their market.
It is also a good opportunity for participating businesses to introduce their products to customers, contributing to promoting the “Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods” campaign.
At the opening ceremony, the organising board presented certificates of merit to 46 outstanding rural industrial products for their quality in 2016.
The event will be open for visitors until August 2 at Thanh Le Park, Thu Dau Mot city.
