Accordingly, the artists of L'Orchestre de L'Opéra Royalde Versailles will perform the Four Seasons Concert at the Ho Guom Opera House on April 21-22.

This information was announced at a press conference on March 12.

According to the organising committee, "Musical Seasons 2024-2025" includes five programmes taking place within one year to bring top artistic experiences to the public in Hanoi and Vietnam.

“The Four Seasons” is a series of four violin concertos, with each representing a season of the year (Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter). This series of works was written by Italian composer Antonio Vivaldi between 1720 and 1723, and was first published in 1725 in a set of 12 concertos in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

As one of the most beloved classic works of all time, it has been transcribed into many different art forms such as symphony and ballet. The work is not only a symbol of the Baroque period but is also an important part of the world's musical heritage.

Following the "Four Seasons" Concert, Vietnamese music lovers will have the opportunity to enjoy the Mozart Concert in August 2024, with famous works associated with the name Mozart performed by artists from Les Musiciens du Louvre Orchestra — an orchestra founded in 1982 which is on the list of the best orchestras in the world.

In September 2024, choreographer Thiery Malandain's new ballet titled "The Seasons" performed at Ho Guom Opera House will immerse the audience in music and dance and the performing talents of the artists from Malandain Ballet Biarritz in collaboration with the Orchestra of the Royal Opera of Versailles.

Next, "Musical Seasons 2024-2025" will be followed in November 2024 with the Vienna Chamber Orchestra and the Vienna Concert.
