The event was part of activities held by Dien Bien Province within the framework of the 2024 National Tourism Year – Dien Bien and Hoa Ban (Bauhinia Flower) Festival, celebrating the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954-2024).
The highland cultural space event will reproduce the space, cultural colours, and community activities of ethnic minority groups, thereby contributing to honouring and inspiring the love for ethnic culture.
