On this early-year voyage, Costa Serena anchored in Nha Trang Bay, with its 2,800 passengers transferred by tender boats to Ana Marina in Nha Trang.
During their two-day visit, the passengers have the opportunity to explore several popular tourist attractions across Khanh Hoa Province, including Long Son Pagoda, the Ponagar Cham Towers, the Stone Church, I-Resort, Dam Market, Skylight Bar, the square area, Tram Huong Tower, and Nha Trang Beach Park, as well as experience traditional Vietnamese cyclo rides.
According to Cung Quynh Anh, Deputy Director of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the arrival of Costa Serena at Ana Marina Nha Trang is a very positive sign for Khanh Hoa’s tourism sector in the early days of the new year 2026.
Alongside Cam Ranh International Port, Ana Marina’s reception of cruise ships provides cruise lines with more destination options when bringing visitors to Khanh Hoa for sightseeing and leisure experiences.
In 2026, Costa Serena is the first international cruise ship to enter Nha Trang Port. According to schedules registered by cruise operators, Khanh Hoa is expected to welcome an additional eight cruise calls in the first two months of the year, carrying approximately 13,500 passengers. This is a positive signal for the recovery and development of cruise tourism in Khanh Hoa, thereby contributing to the overall success of the province’s tourism industry.
