Across the vast construction site, the atmosphere is bustling and urgent, with hundreds of work fronts operating simultaneously. Nearly 13,000 specialists, engineers and workers, supported by almost 3,000 pieces of modern equipment, are working day and night to accelerate progress on the contract packages.

With strong determination, the contractors are striving to essentially complete the project by the end of 2025, bringing it into commercial operation in the first half of 2026. This is not only a directive from the Prime Minister, but also a commitment of responsibility to the nation for a flagship project of symbolic importance and strategic significance in socio-economic development.
