Having been held since 2022, Tech4Life features the latest trends, products and solutions serving digital transformation for enterprises and making people’s lives better through exhibitions, conferences and trade connecting events.
According to Ho Chi Minh City Vice Chairman Duong Anh Duc, technology is becoming an important part of daily life, requiring us to take the opportunity to enhance the development quality of localities and the entire nation.
Ho Chi Minh City realises that it has the responsibility to promote the development and application of smart technology for sustainable development, said Duc.
In 2022, the digital economy accounted for 19% of the city’s economic output and the city is targeting a proportion of 25% by 2025 and 40% by 2030.
DIC Deputy Director Vo Thi Trung Trinh shared that the city is building three groups of data on the population, finance and enterprises, and land and urban development as the foundation to achieve breakthroughs in its digital economy.
On the same day, Tech4Life organisers launched an exhibition with more than 60 display booths featuring technological equipment and solutions for digital society, corporate digital transformation and digital government.
During the two-day event, there will be seven conferences on the role of digital transformation in socio-economic development.
