Under Decision 238/QĐ-BGTVT, the Vietnam Airports Corporation will operate as a one member State-owned limited company.
The ACV head office is located at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh City, and is invested with over VND 14,693 billion in capital.
The ACV will be responsible for the corporation’s financial management as well as a variety of air services including ensuring security and safety, and importing and exporting aviation equipment.
