The event was co-organised by Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communications, Education and Mass Mobilisation and the Party Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organisations, in coordination with the Party Committee of the Viet Nam Union of Literature and Arts Associations and the Institute of Educational and Environmental Sciences.

The contest, which ran for one month from July 18 to August 18, 2025, received 112 entries from 41 authors and groups nationwide. The judging panel, chaired by the Viet Nam Fine Arts Association, chose six works for the final round, with the first prize awarded to the work coded 001HD.

The logos submitted not only represent artistic and aesthetic value but also convey profound messages of great national unity — the firm foundation for the country’s development.

The first-prize-winning work, created by the Hoai Design group, features a stylised lotus in combination with the hammer and sickle, symbolising the spirit of unity. According to the organising committee, the lotus, shaped like a flame, represents purity and national spirit, while the hammer and sickle stand for revolutionary ideals. The two images merge together to illuminate faith, intellect, and the strength of national solidarity block. The red colour of the logo symbolises passion, with yellow representing wisdom and the aspiration to rise.

In addition, the logo of the Congress of the Party Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organisations was also introduced at the ceremony. Its central image features the words “Party Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organisations” prominently displayed on a background of a fluttering red flag, combined with a golden star and lines suggesting the shape of the letter “S” to represent the country. According to the jury, the work’s design is soft and but solemn, inspiring a positive spirit for the important event, which was held for the first time.

Nguyen Thai Hoc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organisations, affirmed that the contest has helped create the official representative image of the Congress, creating a strong impression and contributing to the dissemination efforts ahead of the important event. He stressed that this was also an opportunity to connect culture and arts with politics, reaffirming the role of the Party Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organisations in the hearts of the people.
