This handcrafted brewery boasts an annual capacity of 2.7 million litres of beer, providing fresh brews directly to the Sun Bavaria GastroPub, Sun World entertainment sites, and hotels within the Sun Group network in Phu Quoc. Beyond being a brewery, Phu Quoc Brew House is envisioned as a cultural hub in the future, featuring a beer museum and becoming a must-see attraction for visitors.

Phu Quoc Brew House embodies a harmonious blend of past and present, drawing inspiration from European architecture. The design of the main building reflects Italian architectural elements, seamlessly blending with the overall charm of Hoang Hon Town. Outside, the structure stands a giant ruby with finely cut facets. The transparent glass walls offer a peek into the brewing process, allowing visitors to admire the massive beer tanks from the outside. The building's colour palette shifts with the time of day, transitioning from a bright pink in the sunlight to a soft purple during sunset and finally to a sparkling display of lights in the evening. This unique feature makes it an irresistible destination for visitors looking to capture the perfect photo in Phu Quoc.

The authentic flavour from Bavaria on the paradise island
The brewery has three floors with a total area of 2,193.47 square metres, including areas for beer production, canning, and tours (on the 2nd and 3rd floors). Following its "older brother" Bana Brew House at Sun World Ba Na Hills in Da Nang, Phu Quoc Brew House collaborates with Braukon, a German brand with hundreds of years of history in beer production. The brewery is equipped with a state-of-the-art automated production line, covering everything from raw materials to the final product.
Phu Quoc Brew House inherits the centuries-old original brewing technology from the Bavarian region of Germany, which is created, supervised, and produced by Camba Brewery. German brewmaster Oliver Wesseloh, the world champion of brewing expertise in Germany from 2013 to 2015 and the recipient of the 2018 Character of the Year Award is directly responsible for crafting the premium beer batches in Phu Quoc.
The ingredients for production are directly imported and supplied by Camba Brewery and carefully selected from the finest ingredients from Germany and the US. Along with the brewing and fermentation technology applied directly at the brewery, the facility is set to bring Sun KraftBeer Phu Quoc brand with a fresh taste and refined and delicate flavour that are true to Bavaria of Germany.
The Sun KraftBeer Phu Quoc collection introduces six unique kinds of craft beer, inspired by iconic landmarks and unique tourist destinations on the island, such as Kiss Bridge Helles Lager, Sunset Town Dry Hop Pale Ale, Vui-Fest Bazaar Dark Lager, Hon Thom Paradise Wheat Beer, Kem Beach Dry Hop Wheat, and Infinity Love Dry Hop Lager. With eye-catching designs and delicious flavours, these kinds of beer are sure to be the most sought-after drinks during celebrations on this paradise island—referred to by international media as the second most attractive island in the world, after the Maldives.
One of the most exciting places to enjoy Sun KraftBeer Phu Quoc is Sun Bavaria GastroPub, the first craft beer restaurant by the sea in Vietnam and the first restaurant in Phu Quoc to introduce the concept of a Dinner Show.
