Da Nang provides people with emergency support to overcome consequences of natural disasters and floods

The 72 wards and communes of Da Nang that suffered the most damage due to the recent floods were provided with emergency support worth 210 billion VND to promptly overcome the consequences of floods and storms and soon stabilise people’s lives.

Chairman of the People’s Committee of Da Nang City Pham Duc An signed Decision No.2335/QD-UBND dated November 3, 2025 approving the targeted supplement of 210 billion VND from the city budget to 72 communes and wards to provide emergency support to overcome the consequences of natural disasters (phase 1), promptly repair essential infrastructure works after floods and storms, and soon stabilise people’s lives.

Specifically, the city supported the following communes and wards: Tra My, Tra Lien, Tra Doc, Tra Tan, Tra Giap, Thanh My, Ben Giang, Nam Giang, La Dee, Xa La Ee, Go Noi, Hoi An Dong, Hoi An Tay, Duy Xuyen, Duy Nghia, Nam Phuoc, Thu Bon, Dai Loc, Ha Nha, Vu Gia, Thuong Duc, Phu Thuan, Nong Son, Que Phuoc, Phuoc Thanh, Phuoc Chanh, Phuoc Nang, Kham Duc, Phuoc Hiep, Song Vang, Song Kon, Dac Pring, Dong Giang, Ben Hien, Nam Tra My, Tra Linh, Tra Van, Tra Tap, Tra Leng, Tay Giang, Hung Son, A Vuong, Hiep Duc, each locality with 4 billion VND.

The city also supported the following communes and wards: Tay Ho, Hoi An, Son Cam Ha, Phuoc Tra, Hoa Vang, Hoa Tien, Dien Ban Bac, Dien Ban Dong, Lanh Ngoc, each locality with 2 billion VND.

Communes and wards: Xuan Phu, Thang An, Thang Dien, Thang Binh, Thang Phu, Dong Duong, Quang Phu, Viet An, Phu Ninh, Ngu Hanh Son, Hai Van, Lien Chieu, Hoa Xuan, Ba Na, Dien Ban, An Thang, Dien Ban Tay, Tam Xuan, Ban Thach, Que Son Trung, each locality is supported with 1 billion VND.

The Chairman of Da Nang City assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the State Treasury of Region XIII to organise the implementation; communes and wards are responsible for managing, using and settling the funding source in accordance with regulations, and deploying emergency support for people to soon stabilise their lives.
