Under the plan, the fireworks sites are distributed across the city to ensure spatial connectivity and suitability to infrastructure conditions in each area.
Specifically, the first site will be located in front of the People’s Committee of Hoa Khanh Ward, within the land area of the Kim Long Nam project, opposite the eastern side of the ward headquarters.
The second site will be on Bach Dang Street, Hoa Cuong Ward, at the intersection of Bach Dang Street and Binh Minh 6 Street, a riverside area with a wide viewing range.
The third site will be arranged at the resettlement area along the western ring road, Duong Lam 1 Hamlet, Hoa Vang Commune, serving residents at the western gateway of the City.
The fourth site will be at Con Bap tourism area, Xuyen Trung Hamlet, Hoi An Ward, associated with the landscape space and heritage elements.
The fifth site will be at March 24 Square on Hung Vuong Street, Ban Thach Ward, one of the central public spaces.
The sixth site will be held at Nui Thanh Square, Nui Thanh Commune, helping to distribute viewers more evenly and reduce overcrowding in the urban core.
The fireworks programme will last 15 minutes, from 0:00 to 0:15 on February 17 (the first day of the Lunar New Year).
The display will be staged as an artistic fireworks performance without music, using the automatic FireOne firing system and the semi-automatic L100S system. High-altitude and low-altitude fireworks will be supplied by Chemical Company 21 One-Member Limited Liability Company under the General Department of Defence Industry.
