Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend the 16th Annual Meeting of the New Champions (AMNC) of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Tianjin and conduct a working visit to China from June 24 to 27, 2025.

At the invitation of Vietnamese President Luong Cuong, Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda and his spouse are paying an official visit to Viet Nam from June 11 to 12. This marks the first official visit to Viet Nam by a Lithuanian head of state since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries in 1992.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh is leading a Vietnamese high ranking-level delegation to attend the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC 3) and bilateral activities in France; and to pay official visits to Estonia and Sweden from June 5-14.

At the invitation of the Vietnamese President Luong Cuong, Hungarian President Sulyok Tamas and his spouse are paying an official visit to Viet Nam from May 27 to 29. 

President of France Emmanuel Macron and his spouse are paying a state visit to Viet Nam from May 25 to 27 at the invitation of Vietnamese State President Luong Cuong.

Former President Tran Duc Luong, an outstanding leader, has bid us farewell forever. This is an immense loss for the Party, the State and the Vietnamese people.

Today marks the 135th anniversary of the birth of President Ho Chi Minh — a genius leader, a great teacher of the Vietnamese revolution, a national liberation hero, an exemplary international communist, and a close friend of peace-loving and progressive peoples around the world. He is the shining embodiment of the ethics, intellect, courage, and conscience of both the Vietnamese people and his era.

Thai Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra’s official visit to Viet Nam takes place at a time in which the enhanced strategic partnership between Viet Nam and Thailand continues to grow in a remarkable manner. 

General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam Central Committee To Lam and his spouse, accompanied by a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, are paying state visits to the Republic of Kazakhstan; an official visit to the Russian Federation, where they will attend the 80th anniversary celebration of the Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War; and a state visit to the Republic of Belarus from May 5 to 12.

Japanese Prime Minister Ishiba Shigeru and his spouse are paying an official visit to Vietnam from April 27 to 29 at the invitation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his spouse.

Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali and his spouse arrived in Hanoi to begin an official visit to Vietnam and to attend 4th Partnership for Green Growth and the Global Goals 2030 (P4G) Summit) from April 14 to 17, at the invitation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his spouse.

Burundi President Evariste Ndayishimiye and his spouse’s visit demonstrates the African country’s special regard for the friendly relations and good cooperation between the two countries, as well as Vietnam’s role and position in the region and the world.

On behalf of the leaders of the Party and State of Vietnam, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and his spouse, will attend the 150th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU-150) and make official visits to Uzbekistan and Armenia from April 2 to 8, at the invitation of IPU President Tulia Ackson, IPU Secretary-General Martin Chungong, President of the Senate of Uzbekistan Tanzila Narbaeva, and President of the National Assembly of Armenia Alen Simonyan.

Belgium’s King Philippe and Queen Mathilde will pay a state visit to Vietnam from March 31 to April 4, 2025, at the invitation of President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Luong Cuong and his spouse.

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva is paying a state visit to Vietnam from March 27 to 29 at the invitation of State President Luong Cuong.

At the invitation of Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his spouse, Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong and his spouse are paying an official visit to Vietnam from March 25 to 26. This is Prime Minister Lawrence Wong’s first visit to Vietnam since taking office and comes just under two weeks after General Secretary To Lam’s official visit to Singapore.

At the invitation of Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Adylbek Aleshovich Kasymaliev, is making an official visit to Vietnam from March 6 to 7. The Kyrgyz Prime Minister’s official visit to Vietnam just a few months after taking office demonstrates his appreciation for the long-standing friendship between Vietnam and Kyrgyzstan, as well as Vietnam’s role and position in the Asia-Pacific region.

Today, in the vibrant atmosphere of a new spring, our entire Party, people and armed forces joyfully commemorate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the party of the working class and working people of the heroic Vietnamese nation.

At the invitation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Vladimirovich Mishustin is paying an official visit to Vietnam from January 14 to 15. The visit takes place as Vietnam and Russia prepare to celebrate the 75th founding anniversary of their diplomatic ties (January 30, 1950 – 2025), marking a significant milestone in their more than seven decades of shared development.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, along with a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, is paying a visit to Laos and will co-chair the 47th meeting of the Vietnam-Laos Inter-Governmental Committee on January 9 and 10.
