Specifically, the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sector grew by 2.17%; the industry and construction sector rose by 9.61%; and the trade and services sector expanded by 8.47%; while taxes on products minus subsidies on products increased by 8.65%.
All three economic sectors in Hung Yen maintained positive growth, with the industrial sector making the largest contribution to overall growth, accounting for 4.02 percentage points — equivalent to nearly 50% of the province’s total economic growth.
Regarding economic structure, the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sector accounts for 14%; industry and construction represent 51.8%; trade and services make up 28.0%; and taxes on products minus subsidies on products account for 6.2%.
In the first six months, the province’s state budget revenue was estimated at over 54 trillion VND, up 102.74% compared to the same period in 2024. Of which, domestic revenue reached 50.972 trillion VND, marking an increase of 112.21%, while revenue from import-export activities exceeded 3 trillion VND, rising by 16.57%.
