Themed “Proud to Follow the Glorious Party – Quang Ninh Rises to New Heights”, the programme will showcase renowned veteran and emerging artists including Dang Dương, Viet Hoan, Trong Tan, My Tam, Tung Duong, Duc Phuc, Dong Hung, and Duong Hoang Yen.
The programme is expected to run for 120 minutes, attracting an audience of around 50,000.
Through artistic expression combined with traditional values, the programme will highlight the role of culture as an endogenous resource, fostering the development of the cultural industry in the province.
The event forms part of Quang Ninh Province’s endeavour to establish a professional performing arts value chain, spanning creation and production to performance and tourism integration, laying the groundwork for sustainable cultural industry development, contributing to economic growth and elevating the province’s cultural profile both domestically and internationally.
Nguyen Viet Dung, Director of the Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, affirmed that Quang Ninh’s investment in high-calibre artistic events, performance venues, and community cultural experiences not only seeks to enrich the spiritual life of residents but also to advance cultural industry development, the night-time economy, the urban economy, and premium tourism.
This, in turn, underscores the role of art as a vital endogenous resource, helping to position tourism as a spearhead economic sector and the cultural industry as a key economic driver in Quang Ninh Province’s new development strategy.
