VNTAX 2026 is based on actual payments, including taxes, fees, land-use charges, land rents and other financial obligations as prescribed by law. The data is compiled from publicly available sources, financial reports and information provided by businesses, thereby reflecting the actual scale of the business community’s contributions to the national budget.
BRG’s result was recorded through North Ha Noi Smart City Development Investment Joint Stock Company - NH Smart City, a joint venture between BRG Group and Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation.
The North Ha Noi Smart City project has been planned around six groups of solutions: smart energy, smart governance, smart living, smart health and learning, smart mobility, and a smart economy. A key feature is the 108-storey tower, together with infrastructure, commercial and service facilities and living spaces developed to international standards. The project aims to create a green, modern and efficiently operated urban area and the first carbon-neutral city in Viet Nam and the region.
The contribution of nearly 13.2 trillion VND demonstrates BRG Group’s capacity to implement projects, its commitment to upholding the law and its sense of responsibility towards the country. State budget revenues generated from the company’s activities continue to be allocated to infrastructure investment, education, healthcare, social welfare, and national development programmes.
Located along the corridor connecting central Ha Noi with Noi Bai International Airport and the northern economic corridors, the project is envisioned as a new urban, financial and commercial hub in the northern area of the Red River. Its presence will contribute to expanding the city’s development space, easing pressure on the inner city and promoting a polycentric urban development model in line with the capital’s planning orientation.
Ranking fourth among Viet Nam’s 100 largest private companies by State budget contributions, while also placing among the top three of the 20 largest private real estate contributors to the State budget, represents concrete recognition of BRG Group’s project implementation capacity and national responsibility. Through the North Ha Noi Smart City project, the group is contributing to creating a new growth driver for the capital, supporting urban modernisation and Viet Nam’s sustainable development.
