Da Nang has recorded a number of important achievements. Its economic growth rate in 2025 reached 9.18%, ranking ninth out of 34 centrally governed provinces and cities; total state budget revenue amounted to nearly 64 trillion VND, exceeding the estimate by almost 25%; the number of guests served by accommodation establishments was estimated at 17.3 million, up 15% year on year.
During the recent four-day New Year holiday, Da Nang topped the country in terms of the number of international visitors, with 345,000 arrivals, while revenue from tourism, resort and service activities ranked second nationwide. This remains a sector with significant potential, room for expansion and strong momentum to further drive development in the coming period.
At present, nearly 60,000 enterprises, branches and representative offices are operating in the city, playing a core role in organising production, supplying products and services, creating jobs and making important contributions to the city’s socio-economic growth and development.
These results show that, amid intertwined difficulties, practical partnership between the authorities and the business community is a crucial foundation for strengthening confidence and generating growth momentum.
Da Nang has consistently upheld the viewpoint of building a friendly, transparent and open investment and business environment, with administrative procedure reform and improved service quality as key priorities, while creating the most favourable conditions for enterprises to promote innovation, minimise risks, compete fairly and develop sustainably.
The city authorities always value and uphold the role of enterprises and investors, considering their development and success as a measure of governance effectiveness and a key driving force for Da Nang’s development.
Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Le Ngoc Quang emphasised that the city is committed to focusing on removing institutional and legal bottlenecks, shortening and increasing the transparency of administrative processes and procedures, and strengthening close cooperation with enterprises.
At the same time, the city requires enterprises and investors to strictly comply with legal regulations, implement projects on schedule and use allocated resources efficiently.
