This information was announced by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong Province on July 11.
Lam Dong’s tourism sector has set the goal of welcoming over 22 million visitors in 2025.
Of this total, international visitors were estimated at over 798,000, reaching 62% of the annual plan and representing a year-on-year increase of nearly 57%. Domestic tourists were estimated at over 11 million, fulfilling 53.73% of the annual target, an increase of 18.35% compared to the same period last year.
Since the beginning of the year, Lam Dong’s tourism sector has intensified promotional activities and tourism marketing at events both domestically and abroad. The province has also coordinated surveys and held working sessions with two domestic and seven international delegations to promote tourism cooperation.
Digital transformation in Lam Dong’s tourism sector has yielded many positive outcomes, contributing to enhanced management efficiency, promoting the province’s image, and improving visitors’ experiences.

The recent merger of the three provinces of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, and Dak Nong into the new Lam Dong Province has created significant potential for further tourism development. In addition, Lam Dong’s tourism sector has focused on investing in and synchronously developing both its core and emerging tourism segments, such as resort tourism and marine sports; eco-tourism, community-based tourism, agro-tourism, and forest-sea-sand dune tourism; cultural, spiritual and festival tourism; adventure sports tourism; MICE tourism; island exploration tourism (especially trips to Phu Quy Island); and wellness tourism.
Numerous new tourism products and destinations have been established, including seaside beaches and amusement parks, such as Circus Land, Wonderland, Dino Park, fruit orchards, agricultural farms, traditional craft villages, and unique eco-tourism sites across the highland region.
Currently, Lam Dong boasts 4,203 tourism accommodation establishments with a total of 66,023 rooms. This includes 110 three-to-five-star hotels offering 11,266 rooms; 126 travel businesses; 1,059 tour guides; and 99 tourist attractions. Among these are 30 sites officially recognised by the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee, comprising two national tourist areas, four provincial-level tourist areas, and 24 tourist spots.
