The workshops also share implementation experiences from provinces and cities, emphasising green and sustainable urban data governance, from legal frameworks to transparent operational mechanisms.

Innovative start-up models in the field of smart cities are also highlighted as a driving force for innovation, along with practical lessons from pioneering urban areas in applying data to improve the quality of public services and urban management.
