The event was organised by L'Espace French Cultural Centre in collaboration with Bonjour Saigon Post Production House.
The Panam Anim Animation Film Festival was established in 2013, in Paris, by Pascal Chinarro – a French film producer.
This is the platform for cinema-major students in France and several other countries.
The festival has been held annually in Paris since 2011, and was then expanded to Shanghai (since 2013) and Bangkok (since 2016).
The high-quality applications received each year have helped Panam Anim to become one of the most prestigious film competitions in France.
