The exhibition is jointly organised by Viet Nam Medical Import-Export Joint Stock Company (VIMEDIMEX VN), Viet Nam National Trade Fair and Advertising Joint Stock Company (VIETFAIR), the Viet Nam Medical Equipment Association, and international partners including CMEC, GXIEX, SINOSEOUL and FMH.
The exhibition aims to promote the Party’s and State’s policies and laws on healthcare; foster cooperation in digital transformation, science and technology in the health sector; and introduce the most advanced products and technologies in pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, healthcare and beauty care of Vietnamese enterprises as well as businesses and brands from more than 15 countries and territories, including India, Germany, Taiwan (China), the Republic of Korea, the US, Italy, Indonesia, Russia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, China and Viet Nam.
Exhibition themes include: Pharmaceuticals – Medical Equipment – Healthcare; the 19th Viet Nam International Hospital Exhibition; the 15th International Dental Exhibition; the 13th Medical Tourism Exhibition; and smart health.
The exhibition will also feature various activities such as the seminar “Japanese preventive medicine – solutions for early screening of cancer, cardiovascular diseases and proactive healthcare”; forums and discussions on digital transformation towards a modern healthcare system; hands-on health check experiences with Health Kiosk; consultations on the Law on Pharmacy; and guidance on regulations related to medical equipment and supplies.
In addition, there will be trade promotion activities, product introduction, dissemination of knowledge on community healthcare and pandemic prevention, health and nutrition consultations, experiences with medical and health monitoring equipment and beauty care devices, as well as market surveys and visits to hospitals and medical centres in Ha Noi by international business delegations.
Viet Nam Medi-Pharm is an international medical and pharmaceutical event supported by the Ministry of Health and held annually every May in Ha Noi since 1994. So far, the exhibition has been recognised as a prestigious event, highly anticipated by domestical and international management agencies, organisations, enterprises, consumers and professionals, and is considered a highly successful specialised exhibition with practical effectiveness.
The exhibition provides an opportunity to enhance trade promotion among countries and territories, creating an opportunity for organisations and enterprises to promote products, exchange experience, explore investment opportunities and strengthen joint ventures and partnerships between Vietnamese and international businesses.
At the same time, it contributes to promoting scientific research, technological development and innovation in the healthcare sector, contributing to helping Viet Nam’s medical science integrate with the world while delivering economic benefits and significant social value.
The exhibition also contributes to implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 on breakthroughs in science, technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation; Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 on private sector development; and especially Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW dated September 9, 2025 on breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of public health.
